SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email/ a phone call confirming your order has shipped

You will receive a tracking number. Customers who live in Chicago Land and Las Vegas will receive complimentary free delivery or pick up.

Same day delivery is available to select 5 star hotels in Las Vegas

If you are picking up your order from EJ Pretty Store Town Square Las Vegas

you need:

1. Original method of payment or confirmation

2. Government issued photo identification

3. Confirmation email

Timing begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email

You will have to sign for your product in person holding a valid Id and telephone.

Additional validation may be required

Signature WILL BE required on all shipments

You could pick up your product from a VIP brand ambassador or in attendance at one of our parties. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For any damaged product during shipment for which  can be proven to be attributed to us, simply return damaged product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within fourteen  (14) days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it. We DO NOT offer a refund based upon the original payment. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be replaced within seven days (7) only in the country in which they were originally purchased, best through a Brand Ambassador; and (ii) all EJ Pretty Monogram Handbags and Luggage are guaranteed for up to one year for repair or exchange with same or equal value product in case of damage or defect (No cash refunds.)

 

Warranties & Responsibility For Services and Products

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

 

Retention Of Right To Change Offering

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
